Item Link List Item 1Susan M. Wow! Chris repaired my 27" IMAC. He installed two SSDs to replace the failed hard drive, upgraded the RAM and was able to recover ALL my data from the hard drive that was dead, dead, dead, 6 weeks after Apple Care expired. He went through the recovered files one at a time, removing all data that had become corrupted in order to reinstall everything. The computer is lightening fast. He cleaned the inside of the screen as well as the outside and now the display looks like new. Considering the upgrades, the cost for the actual repair was extremely reasonable.

It was a mess because of a virus of some sort. Chris has/had all of the equipment, programs, repairs discs, etc right then. Didnt have to wait on parts or more information or assistance from tech support at ATT. Overall I was very please with the service.

I ran into Chris' gig though an online search and gave him a call. He was able to see me within 24hrs and gave me a very reasonable estimate - it's been a month or so and no overheating! He talked to me about why my computer was overheating and offered some advice/practices that I could use to prevent this problem in the future. Chris cares about his customers and wants them to have and enjoy a "Well Connected Life."
